She has a generously set frame, though is no ways voluptuous. She looks more like a gymnast who’s fallen off the rigorous training regiment and all owed their body to develop.

Eyes: Azure/Teal

Fur: A deep burnish red with a patch of ruddy brown along the nape of the neck.

Defining features: Her hair is buzzed close to the top of her head and there are dyed tribal lines descending from the corners of her eyes along her muzzle in the shape of an elongated arm with an open hand. Her voice rings in a controlled baritone.  There's an Icon of the One hanging around her neck. (A rising sun with hand shaped rays and an eye in the center)

Clothing: Clothing her torso is a skin tight, padded vest, the think material comprising the bulging pads encompassing her shoulders as well. On her right arm, from the forearm down, the limb is encased in a matte red heavy metal armor. The tips of her fingers elongated to wicked points by the gauntlet. A large circular node on the back of her hand pulses a gentle white. Her legs are covered by tactical BDUs, similarly close fitting and padded as her vest; though instead of simple fabric padding her knee and thigh protectors are of high tensile strength fiber glass. Holstered low on her his is a handgun, all but its grip visible. Strapped onto her back was a long wrapped object, too formless within its covering to discern.

OFFENSIVE

.38 Solid Slug Bolt Pistol (Secondary) – “My fire arm is my friend.” So is the credo of the armies of the greater good and her gun shows that she follows it to the letter. Unlike the Ion and Gauss weapons used by her peers Fushi had taken a liking to a new type of weapon. Its size alone made it seem like a compact SMG than a hand gun. The large box clip jammed securely in front of the trigger feed rounds in to the twin barrels; the hot lead roaring from them often proved more than enough rip through low grade armor.  

Kokuou Denkou “Lightning King” Dia-Katana (Primary) – Her pride and joy, Fushi’s precious silver katana, was a true work of art. The blade its self was a heavy Damascus forge measuring out at 42 inches, while the handle came in at 17. Built into the handle and guard of the blade was is a miniaturized generator and upon the blades removal from its sheath leads extending from it would make contact with the metal and fill the lustrous length of the weapon with nearly 10,000 volts of electricity.

Ionic Charge Grenade (Auxiliary) – She carries at least one on her person at all times. The Ionic Charge Grenade (ICG) is capable of reaching up to 1500 K (Kelvin) within the central blast of the grenade as the free ions produce a miniaturized white hot immolation. The flash of the charge is also generates enough light to temporarily blind anyone who directly looks into the blast.

DEFENSIVE

High Density Microfiber Armor Weave (Main Defensive) – The heavy black fiber that makes up her vest and BDUs has been specially fabricated for her particular military Chapter. Built to withstand all low caliber weapons and prevent basic slash wounds while at the same time allow for high mobility and speed.

Armor Plated Fore-Arm (Main Defensive) – The matte red plates that are situated over Fushi’s right arm are made of a highly durable Titanium alloy. This allows her to achieve a high defense for her sword arm in exchange for high speeds and added mobility. Between the plates on her upper and lower arm a high density weave carbon fiber stretches between, allowing unhindered locomotion.
The plating additionally acts as a support for her arm as it was previously injured and the muscles rendered mostly useless. The Plating is a defensive armament as well as a form of prosthesis.

Shield Generator (Auxiliary) – A small node attached to the back plate of her armored gauntlet contains a small magnetic generator that powers the shield generator held within the back hand plate. The generator produces a moderately sized shield - reaching a radius of 10 inches at full size - of forcefully combined ionized carbon particles. The shied is capable of stopping all but a well aimed shot from a projectile weapon exceeding a .30 caliber and deflects almost all melee weapons.
The generator however will be forcefully shut down by the low grade AI system that runs the magnetic power generator, cutting off power to the shield after ten consecutive minutes before it consumes enough power to render her arm inoperable.

Unusual abilities :

Unshakable Faith  – Fushi is devout to her divine leader and because of such is neigh on impervious to any form of propaganda, reprogramming, reeducation or mind control. If faced with a choice of defection or death she will always choose death.

Hyper Mobility – Due to the gene therapy she received after joining an elite branch of the Military she has become greater than many men could ever hope to become.  She’s able to reach max speeds of 35 mph and perform a straight leap of 6 feet.

Superior Strength – Another side effect of her gene therapy is a near doubling of her natural strength. She can carry a maximum weight of 300 lbs but her speed is well decreased when toting such a heavy load. Along with the gene therapy her right arms “natural” strength is enhanced further by the power of her armor allowing it to lift 150 lbs on its own.

Force of the One (Level: 5) – When worst comes to worst Fushi is able to call upon her divine leader and become an Avatar of its might. When in this mode her speed and strength are well beyond supernatural. Along with this she gains Accelerated Probability, an ability all but a step below precognition, allowing her to predict possible actions before they are performed. The downside to this ability is that it leaves her heavily drained after the presence of her leader leaves her, making her much weaker moments afterward.

Fighting Style:

Sword Style – When using her sword Fushi prefers to use a quick one handed style, striking out quickly and pulling her blade back in to parry and block incoming blows. When faced with a particularly durable foe Fushi will often switch to a much slower, but much more powerful two handed style; focusing on heady stunning blows followed by quick sweeps meant to knock opponents of balance.

Melee Style – Should she be separated from her trusty blade, Fushi is trained in a martial art similar to Mui Tai, that deploys quick blows from the knees and elbows as well as aerial kicks with the shins. Most blows are aimed for the upper body but there a numerous sweeps to the legs that are also encompassed within the style.

-Backstory-

Original setting: Far Future of Sentient Humanoid Animals
History: Born and raised in the bastion of the One’s Empire, Fushi’s life has always revolved around her peoples greatly revered divine leader. She was enlisted at the age of 10 into a Preliminary Training Academy, as is the norm for all children who do not show prowess in Philosophy or the Arts. She was trained rigorously in everything from small arms training to basic mechanics – flitted with heavy religious over tones. She scarcely knew her parents in her adolescence, their time together confined to short periods of leave; because of such she tends to be slightly hands of in relationships since she’s accustomed to not being with people for very long. Upon her graduation from her academy she was immediately enlisted into the basic infantry legions. In the few years she was enlisted she rose quickly in rank and due to her battle prowess, bravery and devotion was offered a position in the “One’s Arm”.

The One’s Empire has been on an 800 year crusade into the know expanse of the galaxy converting all they cross to their ways and crushing those who would wish to resist them. Their society is bordering on Fascist though still maintains a strong approval from its people in the seemingly endless crusade in the name of the One.

Within the last few years of her life, Fushi has been promoted to an elite Chapter of the army of the Empire “The One’s Hammer”. This new regiment has forced her to reach new heights in battle strategy and brought her to a new level of battle prowess. Where she was once dangerous, she is now deadly. Where she was once a threat, she is now impending doom. Due to recent battles she has earned herself a new nick-name. “The Immortal”
